内燃机活塞环磨损试验研究

摘    要:采用薄层活化法考察了S1100柴油机活塞环的磨损行为,发现该方法具有灵敏度高,可在线测量和放射性低等特点,经200h连续运行,待测环的实测磨损率与计算结果相吻合。

Abstract:The thin layer activation technology was applied to investigate the wear behavior of the piston rings of S1100 type diesel engine. It has the characteristics of high sensitivity, on line measurement, and low radioactivity. The wear rate of the tested piston ring in 200 h continuous operation, measured with thin layer activation method, was conformable to the calculated one.
