认知风格和时间压力对职业决策信息加工过程的影响

以大学生为被试，采用信息板技术进行职业决策模拟实验，探讨认知风格与时间压力对职业决策信息加工过程的影响．结果表明：1）在无时间压力条件下，场独立被试较场依存被试决策时间短，点击次数少，加工深度更浅，并采用非补偿性策略；在有时间压力条件下二者无显著差异．2）时间压力会使场依存者缩短决策时间，减少点击次数，减轻搜索深度并更多采用非补偿性策略；但对场独立者的影响仅限于缩短决策时间和减少点击次数．

THE IMPACT OF COGNITIVE STYLE AND TIME PRESSURE ON INFORMATION PROCESSING OF CAREER- DECISION MAKING

Information display board technology was used to explore information processing of field - independent and field -dependent participants when they made career choice under high or no time pressure condition. The dependent yariables were as follows ： the mean decision time, the mean hit rate of each attributive, the mean of total hit rate, depth of search, patterns of search, variability of search and compensation index. The subjects were 180 college students. The results showed that： 1 ） when they have no time pressure, compared with the field-dependent participants, the field -independent participants＇ decision making process was much simple. They had shorter decision time, less hit rate, shallower depth of search and they interactively used variable attributives as non-compensatory strategy to make decision. However, when under the condition of time pressure, the performances of participants from both cognitive styles had no significant difference. 2 ） Time pressure significantly s.implified decision - making process of the field - dependent participants, such as shortened decision time, decreased hit rate and depth of search, and made them more often use non-compensatory strategy. However for the field -independent participants, time pressure merely significantly decreased decision time and hit rate.
