| 摘 要： | 报道了枯草芽孢杆菌Bacillus subtilis BF—7658原生质体的制备、再生及其传代后的细胞的电镜观察;酶产量的变化;初步证明经原生质体再生所得到的α——淀粉酶高产菌株,同其细胞壁再生过程及细胞壁的渗透性有着密切关系.

| Abstract: | In the experiment the regenerated cells from Bacillus subtilis BF-7658 protoplast wete inoculated filial generation by filial generation and cells of filial generation were reviewed by scanning electron microscope and also a-amylase activity in medium was determined.The results showed that the regenerating strains with high yielded a- amylase were relative to the incomptete cell wall regenrated. |
