| 摘 要： | The electroanalytical behaviour of xanthophyll was studied bydifferential pulse polarography and cyclic voltammetry.The reduction waveof xanthophyll at -0.92V(v.s.Ag/AgCl)in 1.25% tetrabutyl ammoniumchloride solution(TBAC)was found for the first time.The optimumconditions for the determination of xanthophyll by DPP were established.The results from the application of cyclic voltammetry to study electrodeprocess behaviour showed that the electrode reaction of xanthophyll at ahanging mercury electrode is quasi-reversible reaction.
