摘    要: 安全系统工程主要是对系统风险进行预测、评价、控制的科学技术,包括事故致因理论、安全评价、安全管理和预警应急等内容。2019年,安全系统工程在互联网飞速发展的影响下,经典内容作为研究主体持续发展的同时,也呈现出大数据共享、评价预警系统智能化等趋势。事故树分析实现了静态平面事故树到动态空间事故树的突破;随着模糊算法的改进和云计算模型的发展,安全评价中最常用的层次分析法精确度提高,更符合实际情况;建筑业、矿业和化工生产等领域的安全预警系统更加智能化,生产管理体系更加科学;灾害风险预测应急系统在试点城市投入使用,为维护社会公共安全做出了贡献。

Abstract:Safety system engineering is mainly to forecast, evaluate and control systemic risks, including accident cause theory, safety evaluation, safety management and early warning and emergency response. In 2019 with the rapid development of the Internet, other than continuously developing classic research subjects, the security system engineering also presented trends such as big data sharing and intelligent evaluation warning systems. Accident tree analysis has achieved a breakthrough from static planary accident tree to dynamic spacial accident tree. With the improvement of fuzzy algorithms and development of cloud computing models, the accuracy of analytic hierarchy process is improved, making safety evaluation more on line with actual situation. Construction industry, mining, chemical production and other industrial fields have more intelligent safety early warning systems and more scientific production management systems. Disaster risk prediction and emergency response systems have been put into use in some pilot cities for social public safety.
