Excitation of magnesium ions in slow electron-ion collisions |

| Abstract: | The method of intersecting modulated beams was used to measure the absolute excitation functions of 3s-3p and 3p-4s transitions of MgII in collisions of electrons with magnesium ions at energies between the threshold of excitation and 100 eV. |
