| Abstract: | With regard to the problems of dump and antdump in our country's present export affairs and preceeding from the angle of law protection, this paper puts forward the suggestion of speedly perfecting the antidump act which is not only an important measure to protect the state economy development,but also the requirement for the connection with the international society after China's entering into WTO. |
