| 摘 要： | ETFs(交易所买卖基金)在国外是一个成功的基金创新品种，ETFs特殊的运作机制使其在许多方面都具有独特的优势。文章分析了ETFs的特点及其在中国当前环境下推出所存在的风险，对我国现阶段推出ETFs的可行性进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | ETFs(Exchange-traded Funds) now is a kind of successful fund innovating species in foreign countries and its special running mechanism produces particular superiority in many aspects. Even so, the risks of executing ETFs still exist in current circumstance of our country. This paper analyses on the characteristics of ETFs and the existent risks of running ETFs under the current circumstance of China. And makes brief discussion on the feasibility of executing ETFs at the present stage of China. |
