| Abstract: | After degradation of the Ni2+ complex of val5-angiotensin II-asp1-β-amid by H2O2 the peptide fragments were separated by high voltage electrophoresis and by ion exchange. The fragments were hydrolyzed and the amino acids determined by the method of Stein & Moore. |
