Abstract:NPO MLCC were prepared with Cu internal electrode and Cu terminal electrode.The effects of ceramic powder composition,internal electrode material and sintering process on the properties of prepared MLCC were studied.The results show that the MLCC prepared with Mg-Si-O3 ceramic powder and pure Cu internal electrode and sintered at 900~1 020 ℃ under weakly reducing atmosphere show excellent electrical properties and low cost.Specifically,the Q value of 0603 10 pF sample reaches 60 at 1 GHz,while its ESR is as low as 0.156 Ω at 1 GHz.
