| 摘 要： | 研制了一种充气火花放电球隙,具有高的触发稳定性,大的工作电压范围,可在50Hz 重复脉冲下长时间稳定工作,适合于 N_2、TEA CO_2、放电准分子等脉冲放电激光器中作开关元件,也可用于脉冲大电流放电的其他场合。

| Abstract: | A type spark gap of filling gas can be operated for a long time with frequencyof 50 pulse per second.It presents high stability for trigger,and large range of controllingvoltage.It is suitable to use the spark gap as a switch element in N_2,TEA CO_2,dischargeexcimer laser and other large current discharge. |
