| 摘 要： | 选取河南省五所地方高校的52个科研团队进行问卷调查,从知识共享的角度,探索创新氛围影响高校科研团队创新绩效的内在机制。结果表明:团队创新氛围既直接影响团队创新绩效,又通过知识共享间接影响团队创新绩效,因而,知识共享在团队创新氛围影响团队创新绩效的过程中发挥了部分中介效用。本研究的发现,为高校管理部门提高高校科研团队的创新绩效提供了可供参考的干预路径和策略建议。

The Influencing Mechanism of Innovation Climate on Innovation Performance of University Research Teams |

| Abstract: | In order to explore the internal mechanism of innovation climate influencing the innovation performance of university research teams,from the perspective of knowledge sharing,a questionnaire survey is conducted among 52 research teams in 5 local universities in Henan province. The results show that team innovation climate not only directly but also indirectly affects team innovation performance through knowledge sharing.Therefore,knowledge sharing acts as a partial mediator in the process of team innovation climate influencing team innovation performance. The present study provides a referential intervention path and strategic advises for university management department to improve innovation performance of university research teams. |
