管理类学科研讨式教学模式研究

摘    要:从研讨式教学的理论概述入手,分析了管理类学科教学的特点,探讨了研讨式教学的发展现状,提出管理类学科研讨式教学模式的选择路径。不仅旨在推动管理类学科研讨式教学模式的深入发展,而且还希望以此激发所有高校教师与教育管理者的兴趣,通过各种有效的措施和手段,创新课堂教学模式,增强教学效果,发挥学生的主动性,使学生的知识、能力和素质得到综合提高。

Abstract:Starting with the theories of teaching of studying and discussing,this paper analyzed the characteristics of managing course teaching,inquiried into the developmental actuality of teaching of studying and discussing and put forward a choice path of teaching mode of studying and discussing.The aim is not only promoting the thorough development of teaching mode of studying and discussing for managing course,but also arousing all college teachers and educational administrators' interest of innovating teaching mode,strengthening the teaching effects and bringing the initiative of the students into full play by various effective measures and means.Thus,the students' knowledges,abilities and qualities can be improved.
