| Abstract: | The absorption spectra of strongly doped InAs and solid solutions InAs-CdTe, dependent on composition, were studied at various temperatures within the range of energies corresponding to intrinsic transitions. The general nature of the dependence makes it possible to use concepts of band theory for the analysis of the electronic processes taking place in solid solutions.Translated from Izvestiya VUZ.
