摘    要:为防止和控制海洋污染,采用WinCE操作系统和研华嵌入式工控机设计了一种船舶排油监控系统。该系统通过各种传感器检测、采集相关数据,计算出油量瞬时排放率和排油总量,依据73/78防污公约确定是否符合排放标准,来自动控制油污的排放。经测试,该系统符合设计要求,运转良好。

Abstract:A vessel oil-dischage surveillance system is designed with WinCE OS and an advanteeh embedded industrial computer to prevent and control ocean pollutions. Relevant data can be detected and acquired by many kinds of sensors, and the instantaneous oil-discharge rate and total emission amount can therefore could be calculated. This system can automatically control the discharge of an oil tank by MARPL 73/78 Convention. Experiment proves that the system satisfies the design requirements and works well.
