组合结构有限元模型的分步实验校正

摘    要:本文从结构有限元建模实际情况出发,提出了一个组合结构有限元分析模型的分步实验校正方法。分析模型的误差主要归于两类:一是某些子结构因局部形状复杂;经过分简化而引起。二是各子结构间连接参数估计不准而引起。为此,建议分步校正,先利用子结构动态实验数据,修正子系统阵中与简化处相关的局部物理参数,再由组合结构的动态实验数据,修正子结构间连接参数,从而完成整体有限元模型的修正。导出了修正公式,给出了修正算法。

Abstract:According to the real situation of forming finite element model (FEM), a methodused to modify FEM for combined structure is proposed in this peper. Two kinds of error of FEMare concerned: The first is due to the simplification made in forming FEM, because some lcoalpets of the structure may be too complex to model;The second is resulted from un-exact jointpeameters between sub-structures. Hence, the modification is proposed to carry out in twostages: First, by means of the ted data of sub-structures, the physical matrices of sub-structureswith complex local Parts are modified. Then, joint porarneters between sub-structures are adjustedaccording to the dynndc teshng data of combined structure. So that the modified FEM ofcombined structure. So that the modified FEM of combined structure is obtained. From theteSults of a prachcal example, it is shown that the efficency and accuracy of the above mothedare satisfactory.
