高效液相色谱—电化学检测器测定羊水中儿茶酚胺

摘    要:本文讨论了使用反相离子对高效液相色谱一电化学检测器分离和检测羊水中痕量儿茶酚胺的各种条件,在8min内完成了三种主要儿茶酚胺的分离,校正曲线的线性范围是(nmol/L):去甲肾上腺素(0.15~12.00);肾上腺素(0.13~6.50),多巴胺(0.15~12.5)。相对标准偏差小于2.2%。

Abstract:This paper discusses the various conditions for separating and determining trace amniotic fluid cat-echolamine by using reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detector. Three main catceholamines have separated within 8 min, linear range of calibration curve is 0.15 - 12.00 nmol/L for norepinephrine 0.13-6. 50 nmol/L for epinephrine,0.15-12. 50 nmol/L for depamine. The relative standard deviation is less than 2.2%.
