摘    要:本文研究了在非离子表面活性剂存在下,糖在强酸介质中转化成糠醛类衍生物同3.5-二羟基甲苯发生显色反应的条件。在硫酸介质中,糠醛与3,5-二羟基甲苯形成化合物的最大吸收波长为λ_(max)=425nm,线性范围0.04~0.20mg/ml,用于测定棉纤维表面的糖,方法的相对标准偏差为1.3%,回收率92%~105%。

Abstract:Spectrophotometric Determination of sugar with 3 , 5-dihydroxytoluene in aqueous solution has been investigated. At first ,oligo-and/or poly-saccharides were degraded into furfural derivatives in concentrated H2SO4 medium,then they were combined with 3,5-dihydroxy toluene to form complex. The maximum absorbance of the complex was at 425 nm in the presence of chemical DE as a dispersing agent. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0. 040-0. 20mg/ml. This method has been applied to the determination of sugar in cotton fiber. The relative standard deviation and recovery are 1. 3% and 92%-105% .respectively.
