摘    要:本文利用流动注射体系中形成的pH梯度,用微机采集处于梯度中的显色络合物在多个不同pH下的吸光度数据并用卡尔曼滤波算法进行处理,求得未知混合样品中各待测组份的浓度。以PAR为显色剂,对铅、钒、铜三元素进行了同时测定,获得了满意的结果。

Abstract:A steady pH gradient in a flow injection system was established. Lead .vanadium and copper were simultaneously determined in mixtures by collecting the absorbances of the complexes formed by metals and PAR as the chromogenic reagent within the pH gradients controlled by a microcomputer system and kalman filter method was used to analyze the complex absorbances with satisfactory results.
