摘    要:本文应用高效毛细管电泳、激光干涉折射检测法研究了多元醇在四硼酸钠溶液中电泳行为。详细探讨了溶液pH值,四硼酸钠浓度及多元醇的结构对多元醇-硼酸配位离子淌度的影响。确定了高效毛细管电泳直接分离、激光干涉检测多元醇的新方法。

Abstract:The electrophoretic behaviors of polylols in a solution of sodium tetraborate are investigated by the capillary electrophoresis with a laser-based interference refractive index detector. The effects of pH, concentration of sodium tetraborate and structure of polylols on the effective mobilities of polylols-borate complexes are discussed. A new method for the separation of polylols by high-performance capillary electrophoresis has been established. In a solution of 0. 075 mol/L sodium tetraborate .ethylene glycol ,propanetriol ,ery-thritol tsorbitol .mannitol and dulcitol were separated in about 12 min.
