摘    要:本文通过改进1/4波长短截线滤波器的结构,大幅减小了滤波器的尺寸.采用改进后的结构设计并制作了通带为250~480MHz的14节高温超导滤波器.在未经调谐的情况下,带内插损小于0.3dB,反射损耗大于10.9dB,带外抑制超过100dB,矩形系数达到1.3.为了实现更高的带内性能,本文提出了针对短截线型滤波器的调谐方法,调谐后滤波器的带内反射损耗改善了2.6dB,验证了本文提出的调谐方法的有效性.

Abstract:In this paper,an HTS UWB filter with passband from 250 MHz to 480 MHz is designed and fabricated. We improve the quarter-wavelength shunt-stub structure to reduce the filter size and make tuning feasible. Without tuning,the measured results show an insertion loss less than 0.3 dB,a return loss better than 10.9 dB,out of band rejection higher than 100 dB,and the rectangle coefficient of 1.3.
