| Abstract: | Calculations and measurements of energy spectra of 10 keV Kr+ ions, scattered from Cu(100) face at different temperatures, are reported. One of the observed phenomena is the existence of a new peak. From the temperature behaviour of this peak we obtain the surface Debye temperature. |
