DLG63型单螺杆空压机故障诊断

摘    要:为对新型单螺杆空气压缩机建立可靠的质量检测及故障诊断系统,以阜新市金昊公司生产的DLG63型单螺杆空气压缩机为对象,采用数字信号处理方法,对其振动进行分析,通过对其螺杆及左右星轮的振动频域的实际测试,发现出其故障源,以及其故障原因,主要是由于星轮在加工和安装过程中存在误差,因而产生调频现象和分数频率的强调制.

Abstract:The object is to set up a system to check the fault diagnosis of single-screw air compressor taking the DLG63 single-screw air compressor developed by Jinhao Company as the specific study object.With the method of processing the digital signal the electric engine is analysed.The trouble and the reason have been found by measuring the frequency in the left and right gears.The main reason is the error that is made in the process of processing and installing the engine.
