摘    要:可靠性分配是分解工业机器人系统可靠性要求、保障其稳定可靠运行的重要手段.建立工业机器人可靠性分配的层次结构,利用三角模糊数作为判断矩阵的标度,运用约束模糊运算改进的几何权重法求解模糊权重,在去模糊化后综合各层级影响因素权重,最后获得各子系统的可靠性分配方案.结果 表明,工业机器人子系统中伺服电机、减速器和驱动器是影响整机可靠性的关键部件.

Abstract:Reliability allocation is an important method to decompose the reliability requirements of industrial robot systems and ensure its stable and reliable operation. The hierarchical structure of reliability allocation of industrial robots is established. Triangular fuzzy numbers are adopted as the scale of the pairwise comparison matrices. The geometric mean method based on the constrained fuzzy arithmetic is used to solve the fuzzy weights. All the weights of influencing factors are integrated after defuzzification. Finally, each Subsystem reliability allocation scheme is obtained. The results show that the servo motor, reducer and driver are the key components for the reliability of industrial robot system.
