新加坡市政交通管理策略

摘    要:为了在有限的土地上提供畅通无阻的交通.新加坡市政交通管理采用了市场营销观念和综合治理的策略:引导消费,控制车辆增加,综合地铁、巴士、快速公路、单行道和立交设计,有系统地规划新区建设.完善综合设施,从而减少交通需求压力,达到畅通的目的。这一切,对于我国城市交通建设与管理都是极有启示的。

Abstract:In order to provide unimpeded traffic on the limited land, the authority of Singapore civic management has applied the sense of marketing and comprehensive management policies. such as induce consumption: control the increasing of vehicles; comprehensively utilize subway. bus. expressway. oneway lane and overpass; systematically plan to build new area and improve civic facilities. All these measures help to reduce the pressure of traffic demand and realize better traffic situation. All in all. the experience of Singapore is quite valuable and advisable in the field of civic traffic building and management of China.
