On property of the invariant of graphical representations of DNA sequences |

| Abstract: | In this article, we consider the influence of variation of DNA sequence on the leading eigenvalue of graphical representation of the biological sequences. The research interpret the rationality of the graphical representation method that compare different DNA sequences. And we show the result on two different models that presented before. |
