摘    要:利用ICP-MS测定方法,对成人尿液样品的8种微量元素进行测试,给出了参考值范围,并对某些微量元素之间进行了相关性分析。其结果表明:各元素线性关系较好,回归系数为0.9994—0.9999;检出限(3S/N)为0.006—0.360μg/L;相对标准偏差为0.2%—7.3%;元素回收率在100%±15%之内,该方法具有灵敏度高、准确度好,样品用量少(尿液0.3mL)的优点。

Abstract:Eight trace elements in the human urine samples were tested by ICP-MS,and the range of reference values of trace elements of healthy adults were given,the preliminary relevant analysis to some trace elements were carried on.The result indicates that linearity relations of various elements are good,with the regression coefficient from 0.9994 to 0.9999;the limits of detection (3S/N)were in the range from 0.006 to 0.360μg/L;the relative standard deviations(RSD)are from 0.2%to 7.3%;and the values of recovery found by standard addition method are within 1 00%±1 5%.The method has some advantage of high sensitivity and good accuracy and few sample amount (urine 0.3mL).
