| Abstract: | Neutral dyes were prepared by reacting 1-ethyl-22-(N-methylanilino)vinyl]quinolinium iodide with 4-dicyanomethylene-2,6-dimethyl-4H-pyran and then condensing the resulting product with an aromatic aldehyde. |
