FT-Raman光谱研究东莨菪碱和神经鞘磷脂的作用

摘    要:本文用FT-Raman光谱研究了东莨菪碱和神经鞘磷脂的相互作用。研究结果表明,东莨菪碱对鞘磷脂极性头部的构象没有影响,降低鞘磷脂交界面,脂肪酸链,CH2晶格及脂肪酸链链间的有序性,增大其流动性。

Abstract:The interaction of scopolamine with sphingomyelin was investigated by FT Raman spectroscopy. The results shown that there was little influence of scopolamine on the polar conformation of sphingomyelin. Scopolamine lower the order of the interface, the interchain, CH 2 crysal lattices and the later chain chain packing, and increased their fluidity.
