摘    要:大冷量风冷冷水机组性能测试系统是针对研制的500RT风冷冷水机组性能测试台运行过程中所需要的参数采集、监测以及处理的专门软件。软件开发依据GB/T 18430.1-2007和AHRI 551/591所规定的风冷冷水机组性能测试要求进行,应用最常用的Visual Basic面向对象编程语言为开发平台,构建高效的采集、检测与数据处理测试程序,能够实现对风冷冷水机组性能测试过程中实验数据自动保存与分析处理。测试软件系统通过数据采集仪以通用GPIB接口通信方式把各种传感器获取的信号传输至计算机,实现在不同测试工况下对风冷冷水机组各项性能测试参数的自动采集与监控。测试软件系统能够根据测试所得数据进行测试系统状态判定,有效实验数据分析处理、存档,绘制和打印实时曲线,并输出测试报告。

Abstract:The air-cooled chiller performance test software was developed according to the air-cooled chiller performance test requirements of GB/T 18430.1-2007 and AHRI 551/591.It is special software for collecting,monitoring and handling the parameter in the process of testing the rated performance of the 500RT air-cooled chiller.The test software was developed based on the most commonly used programming language Visual Basic and programmed to save and analyze the data collected in the performance test process automatically and transfer the data acquired by several data acquisition instruments to computer by means of GPIB interface communication.Acquisition and monitoring for the parameters of air-cooled chiller during performance testing process could be realized at different work condition,also the most important functions,such as determining the steady status of test system automatically,valid data storage and report output are provided for the acquisition software.
