高校院（系）资料室作为高校图书资料系统的一个重要组成部分,在教学科研和学科建设中能否发挥作用和发挥作用的大小,很大程度上取决于资料室藏书的质量。针对院（系）资料室藏书体系建设提出几点看法。

The college (department)references room is an important part of the books and reference materials in university,whether the references room can be brought into play and how big its role in the teaching and scientific research depend on the quality of the collection to a very great extent.
