摘    要:本文利用光纤轴向角保角性的原理,提出了基于此原理测量光纤传象束端面垂直度的可行性,分析了光纤传象束光束输入与输出特征,并给出了测量象束端面垂直度的实现方案.

Abstract:The end verticality is an important error controlling parameter,which effects intensively on the imaging quality of optic system.Based on the theory of optic fiber axial angle invariance,the feasibility of measuring optic fiber image transmission bundle end verticality was demonstrated in this paper,the output energy distribution was analyzed and the executive scheme of the end verticality was put forward either.
