摘    要: 对系列过渡金属硫化物催化剂上CO还原SO2的反应进行了研究.结果表明,FeS的催化性能最好,而MnS的催化性能最差,其他几种催化剂的活性顺序依次为CoS>CuS>NiS.催化剂的活性与硫化物自身的氧化还原能力、所具有的晶相结构及其同SO2的吸附键合作用力有密切的关系.在硫化物催化剂上,SO2还原的反应机理很可能是贫、富含硫化合物的交替作用机理.

Abstract:The catalytic reduction of SO 2 with CO to elemental sulfur was considered to be the best technology for the removal of SO 2 from flue gas. And various transition metal sulfide catalysts were evaluated. The results demonstrated that the FeS is most effective and the MnS has no catalytic activity in this reaction. The other catalysts exhibit the following order: CoS>CuS>NiS. The structure and properties of catalysts were characterized by means of XRD, TPR, BET and TG. The TPR result indicated that the activity of catalysts is related to their redox property. The catalyst activity was increased with the reactivity of its surface sulfur species. The BET result showed that the surface area plays an important role in catalyst activity. The XRD result revealed that besides MnS, the metal sulfides have two or more kinds of phases during SO 2 reduction. The behavior of SO 2 adsorption indicated that the catalyst has high activity if there exists moderate interaction between catalyst and SO 2. The reaction mechanism for catalytic reduction of SO 2 with CO to elemental sulfur on transtion metal sulfides is probably the transformation of different kinds of sulfur species.
