| Abstract: | Through comparing the training objectives and modes of financial colleges between Chinese Mainland and Taiwan Area, this paper points out the problems existing in the design of the training objectives and the establishment of schemes of the talents cultivation in financial colleges of Chinese Mainland, and advances some corresponding countermeasures. |
