急性亚极量训练对女性抗氧化酶活性的影响研究

摘    要:研究急性亚极量训练对女性抗氧化酶活性的影响。选择某体育学院普通健康女性学生30名,随机将其划分成对照组、1周急性亚极量训练组和3周急性亚极量训练组,对照组不参与急性亚极量训练,1周或3周急性亚极量训练组分别进行1周或3周训练,每周训练3次。3周急性亚极量训练后T-AOC、GSH-PX、SOD较其他两组均显著降低,MDA明显增加,说明急性亚极量训练不能提高女性抗氧化酶活性,使机体抗氧化防御系统功能降低。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of acute submaximal training on antioxidant enzyme activity in women. Research methods: choose a sports college female students of ordinary health 30 randomLy divided into control group, 1 week acute submaximal training group and 3 weeks of acute sub maximal training group, control group did not participate in acute submaximal training, 1 or 3 weeks acute submaximal exercise group respectively for 1 or 3 weeks of training, training week 3 times. Results: after 3 weeks of acute submaximal training T-AOC, GSH Px, SOD than in the other two groups were significantly decreased, MDA increased significantly, indicating that acute submaximal training can improve antioxidase activity in women, causes a decrease in antioxidative defense system of organism function.
