关系对创业企业融资的影响研究——基于信任的解释

创业融资对新创企业的创建与早期发展起着重要的作用,也是新企业需要面对的重要挑战。本文从社会网络的角度分析关系行为对创业融资的内在影响,并探讨信任对关系行为与创业融资关系之间存在的中介效应。通过对吉林省和浙江省的274份有效问卷的实证分析结果表明,关系行为与信任均分别对创业融资有显著影响,同时关系行为还促进了信任的加强,而且信任在关系行为和创业融资之间的中介作用明显。最后本文对实证结果加以讨论,提出本研究的理论及实践价值并对未来研究加以展望。

Impact Study of the Relationship to the Start-up Financing Based on Interpretation of Trust

The start-up financing plays a critical role in the creation and early development of new venture,and it is also an important challenge entrepreneurs need to face.From the perspective of social network,relationship and start-up financing has been tested.274 valid questionnaires from Jilin province and Zhejiang province,we develop a model that examines the effect of relationship,and mediating effect of trust.Relationship and trust have a significant effect on the start-up financing separately.Finally,we discuss the empirical results and put forward the theoretical and practical value of this study and outlook for future research.
