| 摘 要： | 针对不锈钢波纹管生产过程中对纵缝焊机的技术要求，着重论述了一种自动焊机在机械结构、传动方式、控制系统等几方面的特点及要求．试验研究结果表明：所研制的自动ＴＩＧ焊管机使用性能良好，焊接质量优良，且结构简单、成本低廉．不仅满足于筒体纵缝焊接，还可以进行平板对接焊．

| Abstract: | In order to meet the technological needs of the longitudinal seamwelding machines in the production of stainless steel bellows emphasis is laid onthe characteristics and requirements of a kind of automatic welding machine inthe aspects of its physical construction, drive, control system, etc. Experimentalresults show that the newly-developed automatic TIG welding pipe machine ischaracterized by good welding quality, simple construction and low cost. It cannot only meet the needs of cylinder longitudinal seam welding, but also panelbutt-welding. |
