论劳动生产力提高规律

马克思指出，劳动生产力提高的主要标志或劳动生产率提高的标准是，加入商品的劳动总量的减少。在机器或资本替代劳动的条件下，所减少的活劳动要大于所增加的过去劳动或物化劳动。无论在什么社会条件下进行生产都一样，都必须无条件地按这个标准来衡量。按照这一标准的基本内容和本质要求，马克思把它概括为“劳动生产力提高的规律”。在技术不断进步条件下，如何运用好劳动生产力提高规律，对发挥我国劳动力资源优势、节约和保护自然资源都具有重要意义。

On the regularity of the labor productive force's enhancement

Marx pointed out that the major sign or criterion of labor productive force's enhancement is the reduction of the amount of labor put into any commodity.The criterion must be used to measure production without condition in any social environment.According to the basic content and the nature of this criterion,Marx generalized it as the regularity of labor productive force's enhancement.And with the development of technology,how to apply the regularity to production will be significant to develop the advantages of the labor resources,to economize on as well as to protect the natural resources in our country.
