| Abstract: | How to prepare to be competitive and excellent in all-round development, besides rich professional knowledge, virtue development has become an indispensable quality. In various kinds of social affiliation, it is regarded to show people's habitude, gesture, spirit and culture. At the same time with age going, people's aesthetics changes constantly. Ballet becomes a coordinate of body figures by strict scientific body training and elegant aesthetics tendency. And it is exercised more and more widely. |
