| Abstract: | With rheological theory of plastic melt and practical experiences, the ideas and the method of the optimal design of fluid channel for plastic extrusion die are proposed. In order to observe the ratio of qualified products and to meet the requirement on constant velocity of the fluid coming from the extrusion die, all crucial parameters are graphically displayed on the computer screens. It is found that the amount of the design works is reduced, and the flow in the channel is uniformly distributed. |
