挤出模流道的优化设计

摘    要:结合塑料熔体流变理论和实践经验,提出了塑料异型材挤出模流道优化设计的思想和方法.通过计算机对流道系统进行优化设计,使流体在流道中流动分布均匀.流道设计合理,缩短设计时间.

Abstract:With rheological theory of plastic melt and practical experiences, the ideas and the method of the optimal design of fluid channel for plastic extrusion die are proposed. In order to observe the ratio of qualified products and to meet the requirement on constant velocity of the fluid coming from the extrusion die, all crucial parameters are graphically displayed on the computer screens. It is found that the amount of the design works is reduced, and the flow in the channel is uniformly distributed.
