摘    要:生物学研究表明,叶琳和酞著衍生物对癌变组织具有亲和性1].此类物质在吸收特定波长的光之后产生活性氧,可光敏氧化生物分子,并杀死癌细胞.光动力疗法对脑癌、颈癌和服癌等浅层癌具有明显的疗效2],研究各种光敏剂与生物大分子的作用机理3,4],对筛选新型光疗药物,改进光疗效果具有重要价值.癌细胞中葡萄糖的代谢非常旺盛,若阻断这种代谢,有可能实现对癌细胞进行代谢调控的目的.因此,本文选用葡萄糖氧化酶为模型化合物,用毛细管电泳法监测了4种新型光敏剂ZnPcS4,ZnPc(NHCH2COOH)4,C1A1PcS,Por-Phyrine-like]…

Abstract:The interaction of glucose oxidase (GOD) and four photosensitizers, ZnpcS4,ZnPc(NHCH2COOH)4, CIAIPcS, and porphyrine-like, were monitored by capillaryelectrophoresis. GOD, its degenerated products and photosensitizers were simultaneouslyseparated in a buffer of 300 mmol/L borate at PH 8.5 on a commercial CE instrument. Bycomparison of the electropherograms of GOD as well as the mixture of GOD and photosensitizerswithout/with irradiation of different time, it was found that photosensitized oxidationsbetween GOD and different photosensitizers have different reaction mechanisms and kinetics.
