Abstract: | A method for determining the natural frequencies and modes of corrugated noncircular cylindrical shells is presented. The influence of the length and amplitude of corrugations on the fundamental frequency of unloaded and axially compressed shells is examined. The difference between the dependences of frequencies and critical loads on shell geometry is shown.
