头孢克洛干混悬剂中有关物质的研究

摘    要:建立HPLC法测定头孢克洛干混悬剂中的有关物质.色谱柱为Hypersil C18 BDS柱,流动相A为0. 78%磷酸二氢钠溶液(pH 4. 0),流动相B为0. 78%磷酸二氢钠溶液一乙腈(体积比为55∶45),流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为220 nm.该方法测定结果的相对标准偏差为0. 01%(n=6),标示样品测定结果的相对误差不大于1. 0%,可满足企业质量控制的检测要求.

Abstract:A HPLC method for the determination in relevant substances of cefaclor suspension was established with Hypersil C18 BDS column.The mobile phase A was 0.78% sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution(pH 4.0).The mobile phase B was 0.78% sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution-acetonitrile(volume ratio was 55:45),with flow rate of 1 mL/min.The detection wave lenth was at 220 nm.The relative standard deviation of detection results was 0.01%(n=6).The relative error of marker specimen detection results was not more than ...
