Abstract:Improved two-dimensional heteronuclear J spectroscopy pulse sequences with fast restoration of the z magnetization, multiple refocusing, and acquisition of both halves of the spin echos are described. The experimental results show that these methods can effectively enhance the signals of the 2-D J spectra.
