摘    要:现代市场激烈竞争的背景下,企业成败的一个重要因素是其产品能否最终占领市场,这又与企业营销人员的素质有直接的联系。企业营销人员除了必须具备一般人才的基本素质之外,还必须具备诸如现代意识、忠诚度、亲和力、柔韧性等必备素质,这是企业选聘营销人员的标准。

Abstract:Under the background of modern competitive market, an important factor concerning enterprises' success or failure is whether their products can occupy markets finally or not. It is also connected with the qualities of enterprises' marketing personnel directly. Besides the basic qualities an ordinary talented person should have, they have to possess some other essential qualities as well, such as modern senses, degree of loyalty, affinities, pliability and so on. This is a standard in enterprises when marketing personnel are chosen and employed.
