Determination of uranium in food in Quebec by neutron activation analysis

Abstract:Summary Food samples were analyzed for uranium by neutron activation analysis. The concentration of U in 20 samples was above the detection limit and it varied from 0.7 to 59 ppb. The lowest detection limit achievable with the method is 1 ppb.
