摘    要:本文报道了采用狭缝石英管原子捕集器火焰原子吸收光度法测定镍和铜的最佳条件,灵敏度,检出限,精密度和线性范围。应用该技术测定了人发样品中的镍和铜,结果令人满意。

Abstract:In this paper,in AIR/C2H2 flame,the optimum condition of the determination of Ni and Cu were studied,using the slotted tube atom trap as ground|state atom collector. Ni and Cu in human hair sample was determined directly by flame atomic absorption spectrometry using an atom trapping technique.The results were satisfactory.
