| 摘 要： | 柱面镜的加工和检测都较球面困难 ,这使其应用受到一定的限制。本文介绍了我们在加工一组单晶硅柱面镜扩束系统时针对我们所要加工的柱面镜的特点 ,采用柱面的反射光作被检光 ,使其与参考光干涉的方法检测柱线以及用检测系统来评价最后加工结果的方法。
