Abstract: | Summary High-performance thin layer chromatography has been carried out on 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, N-(2-aminoethyl)--aminopropyltrimethoxysilane or trimethoxysilylpropyldiethylenetriamine-treated thin layer plates, the chromatographic properties of the amino-modified plates depends largely on the amino-methylene (alkylamino) chain length bonded to the surface of the silica gel.Presented at the 14th International Symposium on Chromatography London, September, 1982 |
