摘    要:介绍了一种新型汽车磁流变减振器的结构、工作原理,建立了反映阻尼力的数学模型,在此基础上,得出减振器阻尼力由两部分组成,一部分是由液体的粘性阻尼引起的粘性阻尼力,另一部分是由控制磁场引起的库仑阻尼力.指出改变磁场强度可以改变磁流变液屈服切应力,从而可改变阻尼力.最后用实验验证了阻尼力数学模型所得结论的正确性,并通过仿真证明了减振效果.

Abstract:Structure and working principle of a new automobile MRF shock absorber are introduced.On the basis of the established mathematical model reflecting the damping force, the damping force is divided into two parts: one is related with the viscosity and the other is related with the magnetic field. It is pointed out that changing the magnetic field intensity can change MRF yield shear stress and then damping force. Finally, the experiment results test that the established mathematical model is right and the simulation results show that shock absorber is effective.
